« Buddha-Bar », « Barrio Latino », « Siddharta », « Barfly », « Little Buddha » and now “Bound” undoubtedly George V Records lacks neither audacity, nor resource!
In late 2005 George V turned its image cooler by launching an increasingly "Glam", "Chic" and "trendy" restaurant, but largely influenced by Pop-Rock. Lighted arches, chairs in metallic crocodile leather (pink or grey); this is what seduces the Paris golden youth who was only asking for one more things… A CD!
That is probably why this delicate; but a bit "decadent" atmosphere is widely retranscribed on this first opus titled "The Kiss of the Crocodile."
A Rock atmosphere declined to packaging, which reminds us our childhood and its old and crackling 33 rpm.
A very fresh selection of rock, mainly coming from England, and often distilled by unknown artists, but for how long…
Some classics also appear on the soundtrack, like the title of Gainsbourg "Chick Habit" recently returned trendy (thanks to Quentin Tarantino), or the caustic "whistle" signed Brisa Roche.
